Depends on experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university; and 1 to 2 year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in chemical plant operating
• Ability to communicate verbally to individuals and groups and to read, analyze general business documents and to write business correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English or Japanese.

• Ensuring that the production process runs smoothly
• Ensuring that all equipments are running correctly and maintaining all equipments properly by making any adjustments as necessary
• Operating, maintenance, inspecting production equipment, operation and managing DCS equipment
• Receiving base oil, managing tank
• Receiving, checking and managing number of input-output of material in stock
• Ensuring that all tanks are filled according to the appropriate levels and mixtures
• Blending lubricant oil and Filling products
• Establishing operating procedures to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality
