(Hải Phòng-Hà Nội) Assistant Project Manager

• Salary: Gross/month 1,100 – 1,700 based on experience

• Requirement for qualification:

1. University graduated, degree in Engineering Department
2. Working experience: 7 -10 years
3. Assistant experience: 2 – 5 years
4. Experience of high rise condominium and low rise detached house projects.
5. Experience working for a General contractor, Real Estate Developer, or a Construction Management Company also, experience working at a foreign company is highly recommended.
6. Knowledge of MEP and Infrastructure is highly recommended.
7. High proficiency in speaking and writing English.
8. PC skills (CAD, Microsoft office) and Internet use.
9. Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas.
10. Capability to make reports and record meeting minutes in both of Vietnamese and English.
11. Work location: Hai Phong Project site.

To work mainly on a JV low rise detached house project in Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong City for Nomura Real Estate Vietnam Co., Ltd.

1. Go to the NVY’s construction site daily from Monday to Friday to assist Project Manager and Project Engineering Director in control construction schedule, construction quality, cost.
2. Prepare draft of project construction report (weekly & monthly) on the current situation internally by creating appropriate documents.
3. Attend and record, make meeting minutes in both of Vietnamese and English.
4. Making draft of business letter, submit and receive NVY project’s documents and letters.
5. Cooperate with Vietnamese contractors and Japanese partners to check site and organize their comments and feedbacks.
6. Check drawings and give feedbacks to enhance the usage and quality.
7. Giving proposals to JV partners, to enhance the construction quality, reporting defects on site, and sharing feedbacks for drawing check

8. Communicate well with JV partner’s engineer team in Vietnamese and understand their intention and create a good relationship

9. Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings.
10. Other relevant tasks on request by Project Manager and / or Project Engineering Director.
