1) Initiate the new product request, work with internal teams and ensure the new products completion. End to end responsible for new product project fulfillment as per business request.
2.1 Understand and execute the business request, match with our current capability to raise the requirement to business team
2.2 Draft up, establish, regularly update the new product introduction project sheet. Check the tasks to be completed on time. Actively involve in the tasks whenever there is a risk, raise up counter measure proposals. Facilitate and check the counter measures implementation to ensure on time completion.
2.3 Engage in new product introduction hand over from advanced engineering to customer service and planning & production, ensure functions teams to understand new project request. Monitor the order until the shipment.
2.4 If it is R&D related new product, identify R&D, commercial, or product team role and responsibility, facilitate product development and validation.
